OneTribe LLC. plans to provide investment offerings with performance-based fees for its capital investors. Investment offerings will be backed by multifamily real estate based on the following criteria:

• Asset Size - 10 - 200 Units· Holding Period - 5+ years
• Preferred Return - Approx. 5% - 7% Paid Quarterly
• Target Return (ROI) - 15% Annualized· Risk Tolerance - Conservative
• Investor Type(s): Accredited and Non-Accredited
• The minimum initial investment is $5,000.
